4. How are the directories
delivered to me?
Samples are delivered by email and packages over 100 registers by FedEx.
Packages over 100 registers cannot be delivered by email - only by
FedEx.
5. What different types of
information does the directory contain?
All entries have
the company name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone and fax
number, category. Web site and
e-mail address will be available only when ordered during the checkout
process (you may choose register WITH or WITHOUT website and email
addresses).
6. Can I import the database
into my existing database?
Yes. You will receive a regular Excel file that
can be exported and imported into any database you use (access for
instance). You can
use the directory as many times as you need and you can freely share it between
your business units.
7. Can I order a custom-made
directory? Example:
"I would like to find
5-10 exporters of specifically Nescafe coffee."
